HMK one way freewheel clutch bearing (also called overrunning clutch, backstop clutch, non-reversing clutch) is a core industrial transmission component used for unidirectional torque transmission and reverse free overrunning. It is widely adopted for anti-reverse locking, intermittent drive, speed difference overrunning and mechanical backstop protection in automation equipment, reducers and conveyor systems.

According to internal mechanism and structural design, HMK freewheel clutches are divided into two core categories:

• Roller Type Freewheel (ASNU / NFS / TFS)

Pure overrunning roller structure, no built-in support bearing, requires external matching bearing installation. Low running resistance, fast locking response, suitable for high-frequency overrunning scenarios.

• Sprag Integrated Freewheel (FDN / FRN)

Integrated double ball bearing + sprag locking structure, one-piece assembly without extra bearing matching. High torque resistance, strong impact resistance, plug-and-play installation.

• Compact Small Freewheel (CSK / HF)

Miniature one-way bearing for light-load small automation equipment, low cost and versatile specifications.
