Standard installation is the premise of long bearing service life.
Before installation, workers must clean the shaft and housing to remove dust, rust and impurities.
Check dimensional tolerance and surface flatness to ensure matching accuracy.
During installation, adopt appropriate tools and methods.
For precision bearings, heating installation or press-fitting installation is recommended. Avoid direct hammer hitting to prevent internal damage.
After installation, check bearing rotation flexibility, clearance uniformity and shaft concentricity. Correct installation greatly reduces later failure probability.
